As part of the public discussion of "Energy Saving Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2015" Ecological Movement "BIOM" initiated a series of communication activities to provide generalized environmental comments received recommendations of local and international experts and organizations, reviewed the global experience, programs and legislation on energy efficiency of the Russian Federation, Republic of Kazakhstan and other countries.
