This publication is intended for residents of Kyrgyzstan interested in understanding and practical application of their environmental rights in order to increase comfort and reduce environmental risks. The booklet gives specific recommendations for the protection of environmental rights, drawing on the articles and provisions of the national legislation of Kyrgyzstan and provisions of international documents. In addition, examples of the protection of environmental rights that took place in Kyrgyzstan.
