The manual is part of the educational complex international project SPARE, which is being implemented since 1996 in the countries of Central Asia, the Caucasus and Europe with the support of the Norwegian Society for the Conservation of Nature. SPARE-school education students performed in the field of energy efficiency through interdisciplinary training and practice. Through SPARE pupils learn effectively and make efficient use of energy and resources in the school and at home.
