This manual is addressed to managers and employees of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance, Health Promotion Committees and other health workers to raise awareness about global climate change and the implications for public health. This publication may be used to increase awareness of all sectors of the population, as well as in the development of adaptation measures in the health care system, as well as in other sectors.
